Step 1
Create a new image the size of how big you want your document
Step 2
Make sure your foreground is black then go to Filter > Noise > Add Noise.
Type in the following.
Amount: 400%
Distribution: Uniform
Monochromatic: Checked
Click okay. This is phase one of the tutorial.

Space Comet Scene
Step 1
First start off with the size of the image that is suitable I recommend sizes of 200 PX x 200 PX
Then fill the color of the background to black

Navigation Menu
Step 1:
Create a new document and fill it with #393939
Create a new layer.Select Rectangular marquee tool and make a selection leaving a 1px border shown below and fill with #141414.
Carbon Fibre
Step 1. Make a new document 4 x 4 px. Select the colours and fill as shown below.

Step 2. Now that is done we can define the pattern. Go to Edit > Define pattern. Name as you wish then hit ok.
